We use top equipment to deliver sport specific training and we have the top performance coaches. We train pro athletes like Pierre Garcon from the Washington Redskins and we pride ourselves on making DC the most powerful city in sports. Boot Camp Fitness Classes Basic Boot Camp We give you a jump-start into a new healthy lifestyle with a mix of weight training and calisthenics at a pace you can handle. It's meant for people who have been sedentary for more than a year. We help you lose belly fat and get your body fit. We are not drill instructors. We allow you to work at your own pace and be you. Women - Pregnancy & Postnatal Boot Camp This fitness boot camp is specifically designed for mothers to be and new mothers. We created a detailed program to help you stay fit during pregnancy and shed the pregnancy weight that comes with your new bundle of joy. We allow you to bring your baby with you while you work out which creates a fun atmosphere for all mothers and expecting mothers. The training program is intense, but a fun training program that consists of body weight training, circuit training, endurance training, weight training, and boxing. We create a never-ending cycle of new routines that will always keeps your body guessing.
