HistoryWe are an active and growing Post with 1700+ members comprised of Veterans, Sons of the American Legion and the Auxiliary Unit. We proudly serve the community, our youth, and many veteran programs. The Post meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00pm, and last for approximately two hours. During this time, the post is closed to all guests with normal business hours resuming thereafter.SpecialtiesAmerican Legion Harford Post 39 provides social and community based programs for Bel Air and the surrounding area. We are comprised of veterans of all wars, along with Active Duty & Reservists. Saturdays are our Open House days where the public is invited to come in and grab a bite to eat, get a drink and socialize with others in a family-friendly environment.
