Sardi's first opened its doors at 1111 19th St. NW Washington DC in the year 1980. Sardi's founder Mike Sardelis instilled core values that Sardi's implements daily. Sardi's ownership was handed down to Son Philip E Sardelis in 1993. Philip E Sardelis partnered with his cousin Philip G Sardelis and opened Sardi's Pollo A La Brasa in Beltsville Md. July 25, 2008. Both Phils along with the help of creative Peruvian Chefs have created a leadership team committed to creating fresh new ideas to propel Sardi's even further into the hearts and stomachs of customers nationwide.
