I am a mechanic from the big city that became a shop owner in a small town. I love getting down to the exact cause of a problem, even if I have to spend my own (un-billable) time to prove it. I bend over backwards for anyone who: is an existing/regular or new customer, breaks down from out of town, brings in a car from another shop or is referred to from another shop, or who HELPS ME OUT! It is never a dull moment in our shop.
