History
After being residents of the Mount Vernon neighborhood in Baltimore and renting a number of apartments, as well as helping many friends who come to Baltimore to study at Hopkins, Peabody, University of Maryland, and MICA to find their own apartments, we decided to do it ourselves. We purchased and fully renovated our first building on Madison St in 2008. Installing every modern amenity possible while keeping every historical detail possible. Fourteen Years later, our tenants love us and some have been with us the whole time, but occasionally someone does move out and an apartment becomes available -- but not for long ;)
