I quit! Five minutes further is Golds Gym. 3 bucks a month more- for showers, sauna, lockers, full gym service.... Sorry no competition!!! Lack of shower for men really killed it for. D

Nikki Harris has been teaching group fitness dance classes for over 10 years, and has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. She then took on a partner, J Ocho Harris whom helped her grow her business to offer more than just dance fitness classes, but a variety of other challenging formats every night of the week, except Fridays. Striving To Be Better, Studio (STBB Fitness) offers the following class formats for every type of member. Zumba Fitness, Zumba Toning, Zumba In The Circuit, Zumba Toning Circuit, Next Level CIRCHIIT, Small Group Fitness Training, CardioKick (Bodycombat) & Yoga/Pilates (Bodyflow). We offer several 30 minute circuit classes and late night classes, if your pressed for time during the week, and on the weekends. The Kick Connection is a martial arts and fitness studio offering classes in Cardio-Kick, stick-fighting, aerobics and toning and Tae Kwon Do. It has after school programs and summer camps, and can accommodate private parties. The owner has competed in and won several martial arts tournaments.
