Beth Lundquist and Darcy Olson started up Let's Dish in 2003, when they decided that family-friendly meals were hard to come by. Let's Dish provides cooking classes where participants take part in an in-store session that teaches them to prepare up to 12 meals within two hours. Meals can be frozen and saved for later.
