The Armory - Anderson & Murphy Community Center is a 17,964 square foot building constructed in 1927. This building served as the National Guard Armory before being purchased by the City for use by the Parks & Recreation Department.
This facility features a gymnasium, meeting rooms, a fitness room, a game room and a gaming lounge. The center hosts many of the programs and activities provided by the Department. Some of the programs include: class and workshop programs for children and adults and daytime, evening and weekend drop-in programs.
