Food. Carribean food is delicious. But the coconut shrimp I ate here were fishy, overcooked and didn't seem fresh. All side dishes (cabbage, rice, plantains) were mediocre at best. Not the best...

Ordered brown stew chicken and yellow rice at the H street festival. Very long line for ok food. The cabbage was very fresh and needed a bit more seasoning, but good. Yellow rice was good also....
