A master craftsperson and design enthusiast, Louanne exhibits a lifelong passion for the arts. From serving as Principal of LTD Creative to creating and selling artisan crafts to exploring her interest in ancient art and architecture, Louanne excels creatively at work and at play. Throughout her career, Louanne has developed her expertise in graphic design and has been recognized for her work. In 2001, Louanne founded LTD Creative with business partner Tim Finnen. Today, Louanne oversees business development and project management at LTD Creative, and serves as a key contributor to the creative look of many projects. Known for her great enthusiasm, Louanne is the first to initiate new ideas within the studio and continuously develops results-driven marketing campaigns for her clients. Louanne earned her Bachelor's of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design from Ohio University and is currently serving her second term as President of the Greater Frederick Advertising Federation, the local chapter of the American Advertising Federation (AAF ). In her spare time, Louanne finds enjoys gardening, biking, swimming, and finds inspiration through the eyes of her 9-year old daughter Sara. A multi-talented design expert, Tim practices his creative talents in all aspects of life from serving as Principal at LTD Creative to restoring his 19th century historic farmhouse to exploring creative hobbies such as building dioramas. Tim is an award-winning graphic designer and has dedicated his career to producing first-class design. In 2001, Tim founded LTD Creative with business partner Louanne Welgoss. At present, Tim oversees creative direction and client management, and infuses his expertise into the final design of many projects. Tim brings an objective outlook to the studio and is known for producing innovative design solutions. Tim earned his Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communications with a minor in Art History from the University of Delaware. In addition, Tim holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration. In his free time, Tim loves camping in the great outdoors and traveling to as many European countries as he can to explore arts and culture. Always up for a challenge, Evan has a fascination with design and creation from fixing cars and bikes to tackling various home renovation projects to building model planes out of index cards as a kid. As Senior Graphic and Interactive Media Designer for LTD Creative, Evan excels at overcoming complex roadblocks in design. He also serves as the go-to computer expert. His willingness to lend a hand to any project, combined with his creative interactive solutions in digital media has made Evan a valuable team member. Evan graduated with honors from University of Maryland, Baltimore County, with a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Arts. In his spare time, Evan enjoys the outdoors. He once went on a 75-mile backpacking trip in New Mexico and aspires to one day undertake a jungle expedition to find undiscovered ancient ruins. A fine arts enthusiast, Lauren is extremely talented in drawing and painting, enjoys listening to music, and played the tenor saxophone for seven years. As a graphic designer at LTD Creative, Lauren specializes in brand image development and marketing communications. Lauren's experience makes her an essential member of the LTD team. Clients commend Lauren for her easy-going personality and talent for graphic design. Lauren's professional portfolio includes design work for Major League Baseball, the TV Guide channel, Universal Studios, Royalties Magazine and the Licensing International Expo. Lauren graduated with honors from East Carolina University with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. She also enjoys the great outdoors, sports, and aspires to learn to kiteboard.
