Owner Adib Jarrar credits the success of the Hayat Children Center, a child care facility on Diamond Hill Drive in Germantown, to the experience of the center's director and staff. "We have a highly qualified director," he says, also noting that every staff member has at least a bachelor's degree. The center has an international feel, with Jarrar and a number of staff members hailing from different corners of the globe, and is committed to maintaining a "high standard of education," Jarrar says.
