History
Hartles originally opened in 1955 by John and Margaret on 635 south Potomac St. Hartles was eventually passed down to Daughter Beverley Hartle where she later sold the establishment to Rich and Paula Robertson. The Robertson's have owned Hartles for over 10 years now and have provided Hagerstown with 3 convenient locations and another in Waynesboro.

Hartles Subs has been a Hagerstown tradition since 1955, we make the freshest quality subs and sandwiches in the area. Our Cold Cut subs have been a popular choice over the years but now subs like the Homemade Steamer and Steak and cheese seem to be a top choice as well. Hartles has always been known for our roast beef flying saucers but we can put any meat of your choice as well. Our Club and Reuben sandwiches have become a high demand as well as our wraps. We also can make any of our subs into a salad for a more light and healthy choice.
