GMG Property Mgt began in 2010 due to the restructure of GMG Home Improvement Investment Co as it became apparent through client requests that there was a greater need for lead inspections and client services.
Specialties
We are a Lead Inspection Company, that inspects residential property for lead hazards (flaky, peeling paint, and lead dust). We certify that the property is lead safe. Once the property is determined to be lead safe. We will issue a certificate. We also do pre-inspections for Section 8 & MBQ clients. GMG Property Management Services also provides services for tenant screenings and recruiting. We are not a property management company--we are here to assist and simplify the day to day tasks of property management groups.
