Galerie Ingrid Cooper, on the second floor of White Flint Mall, offers shoppers handmade jewelry and artwork by local artists, the Corcoran School of Art's metalsmithing department and northern European artists. The store sells art from the Bauhaus, an art movement in Germany during the 1920s. The owner particularly likes art that is pure in form and shape. She believes that every piece of jewelry has its owner.
