I began personal training about five years ago, and after gaining tons of knowledge and experience, started my own training business. I have trained a wide variety of people with differing goals, and I have learned how to help people get into the best shape of their life in a way that is enjoyable and sustainable.

My view of health and fitness is holistic and takes into account every aspect of your life and work, your current body composition, your exercise and diet history, and your goals for the future in order to create a program that works.
