The District Court of Maryland is a state-funded court of record possessing statewide jurisdiction. It also offers litigation services for issues related to discrimination and foreclosures. The District Court of Maryland serves Montgomery, Kent, Howard, Harford, Garrett and Frederick counties in Maryland.
