Mr Bill Mackley started Services by Bill Mackley as a restoration company serving the insurance industry for fire and water claims. What is removed must be replaced and the first showroom was opened in Perry Hall. Moved to Kingsville in the 1980's to have climate controlled warehouse on site CRS has been serving the Baltimore & Harford Co surrounding areas for over 36 years in homes & businesses. In 2008, CRS owner Mackley became a stock holder in Flooring America the 4th largest flooring buying group - providing their customers with the most up to date products at the most competetive prices in the industry.
