Color Me Mine is a bustling paint-your-own-pottery establishment in Silver Spring's downtown area.
It features more than 300 "blank canvas" pieces of pottery to choose from -- everything from plates, vases and mugs to monster truck, princess piggy banks and everything in between.
Once customers select a piece to decorate, they are outfitted with an apron, a spacious work table and a rainbow of glazes and colors to use.
Color Me Mine hosts events and classes and is a great destination for birthday parties, bridal showers or other special events. The shop can accommodate up to 40 people for any single event, and there's a convenient on-line request form for booking.
