The Cockeysville Recreation Council is the managing body for the daily operations of the town's many school-recreation centers and parks. They also administrate many of the town's youth programs, including aerobics, the youth baseball league, summer camp programs, volleyball leagues and more. The Council meets on a regular basis on the second Monday of each month at 8pm, at Cockeysville Middle School in the library.
