History
The Chesapeake Inn Restaurant and Marina opened in 1996. It is family owned and operated by the Martuscelly Family who also owns La Casa Pasta Restaurant in Newark Delaware. (an italian staple in the community since 1978) The CI has grown over the years, adding a waterfront Tiki Bar to go along with its great view and live entertainment on the Deck area. The lastest addition was the Ballroom which is breathtaking and a must for that special day. The Ballroom is not just for weddings; it hosts Murder Mystery Dinners, Thanksgiving, Easter and Mothers Day buffets. The Chesapeake Inn also has a great marina for boaters featuring floating docks for over 60 transient slips with water and electric capabilities.
