I didn't want to give them any STARS!! We had carpet and flooring put in in September 2020 and we were happy with the work UNTIL..... not even a year later our flooring is separating and starting...

There is a brand of carpet called Smart Strand. There ad has in installed in a zoo where animals "go" on it for a month. It then is pro steamed clean and they claim it is as good as new with out...
