Career Evaluation & Counseling Center is a part of Dr. Ralph D. Raphael's career and personal coaching program. He is a licensed clinical psychologist and has also founded the Maryland Center for Health Psychology, which helps patients with substance abuse treatment, psychotherapy and stress management.
