We strive to source the freshest ingredients possible, and let them star in our dishes” -Jason Nagers (Owner) Brick Wood Fired Bistro was established in September 15′ by Jason Nagers (owner/GM), his family (Ronda & Tim Tracy) & long time friend Lewis Foster (beverage manger). They wanted to bring a fun and modern atmosphere to their hometown neighborhood while still maintaining that small town “ locals” feel. Together they created Brick, a rustic American wood fired inspired restaurant, focusing on fresh local sustainable ingredients, and the beauty of simplicity.
