The Associated Property Management (APM) headquarters is located in this Ritchie Highway building where its busy offices were founded with the sole purpose of providing dedicated property management services to an expanding portfolio of properties that has been developed throughout Baltimore and Anne Arundel counties. Property manager Victoria Mayo stressed that APM is especially interested in finding tenants for its commercial properties in the Annapolis area and would enjoy talking to all renters about the many possibilities always opening up.
