Hannah Korman, MD
Dr. Hannah Korman delivers specialized care at the IAFF Center of Excellence For Behavioral Health Treatment and Recovery in Maryland. Dr. Korman focuses on addiction treatment, offering a range of services, including medical detox, inpatient rehab, and partial hospitalization programs for addiction and mental health. Her facility serves IAFF members, such as firefighters and paramedics, addressing mental health disorders like PTSD, depression, anxiety, and addiction. The Center collaborates with various insurance providers, ensuring accessibility to treatment for individuals, including coverage from BCBS, Cigna, United, Aetna, and more. Dr. Hannah Korman hails from the great state of Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology from the University of Texas at Austin. She received her medical doctorate from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. She completed her family medicine residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. She is board-certified in Family Medicine. After finishing family medicine residency training, she completed an additional 18 months of post-graduate psychiatry training at St Elizabeth’s Hospital in Washington D.C. Dr. Korman joined the Center of Excellence team in 2023. She takes great pride in the work she does serving first responders in crisis from across the country. When not working at the Center of Excellence, she likes camping, off-roading in her jeep, and spending time with family and friends.
