Uno Mas was started in 2016 with the goal of providing Farmington and Franklin Country with the type of restaurant we would want to visit: Bright, colorful, flavorful dishes where every component down to the sauce and salsa is made in-house, where there's a craft beer lineup carefully curated to include a wide range of beers from local, independent brewers, and an evolving cocktail list that reflects our philosophy of quality, taste, and presentation.
