MMG Insurance Company is a regional property and casualty insurance company that carries an A.M. Best A-(Excellent) rating. MMG Insurance has evolved into a regional company and began writing policies in Vermont in 1981 and New Hampshire in 1984. As of 2005, approximately 51 percent of its business is written in the state of Maine, 34 percent in New Hampshire and the remaining 15% in the state of Vermont. MMG Insurance maintains a regional office in Concord, N.H., to provide service to the agents in that state. MMG Insurance has gained a prominent position in the personal lines marketplace throughout the tri-state region by offering a wide array of products.
