Maine Maritime Academy is a college of engineering, science and management, and is located in Castine, Maine. It offers courses in arts and science, engineering, international business and logistics, marine transportation, ocean studies and power engineering technology. It additionally provides computer education with Internet access in its labs. The Regiment is academy's laboratory where students learn, apply and practice leadership and management theory. It also gives scholarships and jobs to the students. It offers various services, including career, bookstore, dining, health, library, safety and security. The sports activities include basketball, cross country, soccer, volleyball, football and golf. It also has an amateur radio club, pool and a barbershop. The academy also has an off-campus housing facility.
