History
Started in 1996, in a small location across the parking lot, the business was purchased by us in 2002. We moved to a much larger location, experienced quite the learning curve, and have grown our crew from five to fifteen friendly, hardworking folks who are striving to give you the best food we can.
Specialties
We bake real New York style bagels: mixed, rolled, boiled and baked here at our shop. We also make from-scratch cream cheese, and made to order Boars Head Deli Meat and Cheese sandwiches on our bagels or home-made bread or wraps. As we make everything to order (not sitting waiting for you for - how long?) our process takes a few more minutes, but you can choose to customize however you like! We are also a full service delicatessen and provide Boar's Head meats and cheeses, including Taylor's Pork Roll. Our headquarters and hind-quarters are right here in Maine: a small, locally owned business. We appreciate your feedback!
