Evergreen Presbyterian Ministries provides community homes that are Medicaid-supported, and serve individuals with developmental disabilities. In addition to residential services, Evergreen offers supported living, family support, respite care, personal care attendant services, crisis intervention and a wide variety of vocational programs emphasizing supported employment. Its supported living programs provide support for an individual living in his own apartment or home. Its family support services are geared for either children or adults with developmental disabilities who live with their families. It also provides respite and temporary care and supervision of children and adults who live at home with their families. Personal care attendant services are those services that assist in meeting the needs of individuals who have not yet acquired, or who are unable to acquire, certain independent living skills related to the activities of daily living.
