Chef Leo Tandecki was professionally trained in the culinary arts in Northern California. His passion for food and culture fueled his journey around the world until he landed in New Orleans. He believes that a great meal should make you feel as good as it tastes, and that like music, great food should sing. Vintage Garden Kitchen is an enterprise of the Arc of Greater New Orleans and offers employment opportunities and independence to people with intellectual and related developmental disabilities.
