After heavy pressure from friends to start a business based on the In July 2018 our founder and creative director, Erin Johnson, had an idea to bake 30 pies and get some feedback on the concept of selling traditional favorites in a pie format. In one weekend 300 pies were sold and repeat customers had already established themselves in a very short period of time. From that moment, the idea had instantly become an opportunity and Soul Pie Food Truck was born. Since inception, over 20 different pie presentations have been served.
