Good Food. Good Vibes. No Bullsh*t. Mitch Rotolo opened the first Rotolo’s Pizzeria in 1996 as a protest to the 9-5 office job, and maybe also as a way to justify spending so much time in a bar. The original Rotolo’s bled purple, gold, and freedom at its location in the infamous Tigerland near Louisiana State University. Over 20 years later, Rotolo’s has grown to over 30 franchises that bring our original recipes to fans across the south. Along the way, we lost much of the grit and character that made us great. In 2016, we knew it was time to make a change – to level up and bring our founding spirit back in all of its original grit and honest charm. Rotolo’s Craft & Crust is just that. Good food, good vibes, no bullsh*t. We're leaping forward by looking back. Honoring our roots by exploring scratch kitchen creations and even better versions of the authentic recipes that our customers know and love.
