At Parish we are focused on using the best of what's available in our region. We focus on sustainably raised produce, humanely raised beef and pork, and sustainable domestic seafood. If you love a great cut of meat we also custom dry age the best domestic be available. Our wine list is very good and has exceptional offerings at a great value. As a sidenote most of our menu is gluten-free and we also offer nightly vegan specials.
