History
The organization began as a collective art show at Zoes and Starbucks, held by a local elementary art teacher spring of 2013. Debbie Allen was invited the following spring (2014) to the next show. She loved it and suggested that it become an opportunity to all children throughout the state. As a result, that same art teacher formed the organization with support of other artists on her team. It is now currently a booming success!
Specialties
We are a non-profit organization that provide exposure for younger artists in their community. With collective efforts from local businesses, we show their artwork and help establish portfolios and experience to the professional side of the industry. In addition, we seek to develop their skill and talent through workshops and additional opportunities, to bring awareness and support to the arts of Louisiana.
