In operation for more than 50 years, Landis Construction is family-owned company that utilizes construction management and design and build concepts. It is comprised of over 90 full-time employees. The company provides various preconstruction services that include project development counseling, critical path scheduling, milestone estimation, design review alternative solutions, and the establishment and distribution of logical bid packages. Landis Construction also offers construction services, such as project coordination and control, site and surroundings sensitivity, project meetings, and schedule, cost, quality and document control. The company is responsible for safety management, records and reporting, occupancy expedition, building commissioning and warranty management.
