The smoked boudin is fantastic, with a very good smoked flavor. The casing is isn't brittle or crunchy. I would say it is close to 50/50 meat to rice ratio. In my opinion, the smoked boudin here...

Brisket, and pulled pork are very dry. Sauce is either burned or vinegary, there's no consistency there.

Awesome place. Peach cobbler was amazing! Boudin was delicious as well. I don't really like rice but the meat/rice ratio was perfect. Pulled pork sandwich was amazing, I can't wait to come back here

The smoked pork steak is awesome! I had it for lunch yesterday and actually went back for it today!! The ladies that work there are so friendly .. just a great BBQ pit stop;)
