The Bluebird is unique for many different reasons. We are proud to offer our community chef-prepared meals that are made from scratch. Our open kitchen allows our customers to see just how our food is prepared. We also like to offer as many locally-sourced ingredients as possible so that customers know just where the food is coming from. We are proud to partner with Marksbury Farm to serve our customers sustainably farmed, grass-finished meats whenever possible. You can know that your meats were locally raised and that no hormones or antibiotics were used. Beef from other restaurants can have as many as 100 different animal DNA present, while all our beef only has one. You can also know that your patronage supports local farms, businesses, and even artists with the goal of making our area a better place for us all.
