Sweat started evolving the basic barre class by creating cardio elements to elevate the heart rate. The combination of cardio + barre gave clients results quickly. The business gained momentum with an innovative method and began to grow into the power yoga space in 2014. The combination of barre cardio and power yoga gave clients a great balance of strength training, and toning. In 2016 Sweat added cycle classes to create the perfect balance in a fitness studio. We keep up with the newest moves and provide members with options to keep their body guessing! We have it all in one sweet space.
