Although the company is new, the owner has over 30 years of experience as a Florist and Balloon Artist. LeAnn (That's me!) has been a floral and balloon designer since 1987 and has won several awards in floral design shows. Now that our family has settled in Cadiz, we are looking forward to serving the community with creative and unique designs for all occasions.
