David grew up in his family's Ford Dealership and spent 20 years working there professionally. One of 9 children, most of which worked in the dealership, he learned a great deal about working in a competitive environment and what it truly means to put the customer first in order to thrive in business. After working 20 years with his family, David co-founded and became President and COO of FordDirect.com in 2000, where he served as the recruiter and trainer for dealership's to this unique service offered as a joint venture by Ford Dealers and Ford Motor Company. In 2003, David wanted to create a training company and provide expanded services to dealers of all brands and so he started KainAutomotive.com.
