Switzerland County High School
Switzerland County High School is part of the Switzerland County School Corporation, a K-12 school system. Located in Vevay, Ind., it offers classes from grades nine through 12. Its curriculum includes English, language arts, mathematics, social studies, home economics, business, science, art, music, computer studies and physical education. It offers foreign languages classes, such as French and Spanish. It provides vocational courses, including horticulture, animal and food sciences, landscape management, agricultural business, natural resource management, plant and soil science and farm management. It offers various activities, such as spell bowl, art and drama clubs, conservation club, historical society, prayer club, National Honor Society, key club, show choir, pep club and student council. It provides a variety of sports activities, including basketball, baseball, football, golf, tennis, soccer, crosscountry and cheerleading. Additionally, the school has a library and cafeteria.
