Louisville’s oldest bar originally opened at the Corner of Brownsboro Road and Mellwood Avenue in 1885. Over the years it has been named The Rendezvous Inn, The Mellwood Inn, The Rush Inn, and now, The Mellwood Tavern. For over 130 years, this establishment has proudly poured Kentucky’s native spirit (and many many other spirits) to all walks of life. Today, we feature more than 50 bourbons, 30 beers, a few pretty decent wines. The kitchen is open til 3am with grub that will certainly satisfy. 7 days a Week!
