Founded in 1993 by Jim Cutter, Cutter Construction, Inc. and Cutter Custom Homes have grown into one of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky's must reputable and trusted builders. Our company specializes in building custom homes, but we are actively involved in the remodeling industry and undertake several commercial projects each year. Jim founded our two divisions--Cutter Construction, Inc. (managing residential remodeling and commercial projects) and Cutter Custom Homes (specializing in new custom home construction)--on the philosophy that no project is too big or small for our team. With that commitment and dedication in mind, we are proud to have earned the trust of our customers, subcontractors, and community. Over more than 20 years, what has brought Jim, particularly, great satisfaction is earning the privilege to build some of our customers' second homes. We think there is no greater honor or label of trust than to have someone come back to us again.
