HistoryKenny Hester, a 4th degree black belt in Tae Kwon DO, started Kentucky Karate Club. Over the years he had the vision of a center where people could come and play and work out together, in a family atmosphere, and develop a healthy life. He wanted to expand the Karate Center to combine a fitness center, tumbling and other elements for the whole family. On October 1st 1998 Hester's Family Fitness was opened.SpecialtiesHester's Family Fitness has been built on the premise that personal fitness is one of the most important aspects of peoples lives.
