History
My professional career was in advertising and marketing. I've always enjoyed physical movement but not really a workout person. Had gym memberships and ran but didn't know what I was doing. Exercise has always been a natural way for me, unknowingly, to feel better under stress and life in general. 8 years ago I began doing several 70.3 IM races. I loved the challenge and pressing of physical exhaustion. I also enjoy the process of improving technique and gaining experience from each previous race. Studying the various way of training for these races also exposed me to other physical movements and the how my body works bio-mechanically and physiologically. I've always love biology and chemistry so I continued my self study and research the anatomy and practice on myself and friends in my garage. I open a training facility 3 years ago named
