History
I have been a Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Medicine Professional for the past 16 years, and have trained over 18,000 sessions during that time. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training from Kansas Wesleyan University and a Master's Degree in Kinesiology from The University of Texas at Tyler. I have extensive experience in rehabilitation and corrective exercise, including the areas of cardiac rehab and spinal rehab.

I offer safe and effective programs tailored to the individual. It's my goal to develop fun, effective and efficient exercise programs that offer variety and meet your individualized needs. My approach to health and fitness encompasses cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, nutrition, stress and lifestyle considerations. When appropriate, our work can aid in the rehabilitation of clients experiencing pain and injury.
