Roy Helmuth, a local independent licensed investigator founded KC Metro Public Safety Services Inc. 501(3)(c) and KC Metro Volunteer Rescue in 2016. All vehicles and equipment were donated by The Law Investigative Group LLC and Government Fleet Services Inc.
