The County Clerk's Office is operated by the government of Graham County, Kan. It performs a variety of functions for the residents of the county. The office maintains inventories, personnel records, job descriptions and a county policy manual. The County Clerk's Office prepares and posts agendas and keeps meeting minutes; compiles, calculates and prepares tax levies; and prepares real estate, personal property and state-assessed tax roll and certifies to county treasurer. It also conducts elections, maintains voter databases and keeps the financial statements of expenses. Additionally, the office administers an employee benefits program that includes health insurance and retirement plans. The County Clerk's Office is located in Hill City, Kan.
