Cumulus Broadcasting, a subsidiary of Cumulus Media, is the second-largest radio broadcasting company in the United States based on station count. The company owns and/or operates approximately 350 FM and AM radio stations, which serve midsize and smaller cities throughout the U.S. and the Caribbean. In the Davenport, Iowa, and Quad Cities market, Cumulus operates four FM radio stations KBOB, KQCS, WXLP and KBEA with formats ranging from country to classic rock as well as one AM sports station, KJOC. Headquartered in Atlanta, Cumulus has operations in nearly 70 media markets concentrated primarily in the Eastern and Midwestern U.S. Cumulus Media s stock is traded on NASDAQ under the symbol CMLS.
